"Learning to work with a book"
A library is a repository of a huge number of books. They are diverse in content and purpose, and it can be difficult for the reader to choose the right book.
A library lesson "Learning to work with a book" was held in the school library for students of 5 "A".
The librarian introduced the children how to choose the right book, what is an abstract, preface, afterword, content, how to use them to understand what the book is about and whether it will be interesting to read. The guys found out what information can be found by carefully examining the cover of the book, who the author is, where the book was published.The librarian drew the children's attention to which books were written for their age, advised them to read the annotation to the book when choosing books,
At the end of the library lesson, the students were able to choose their own book and take it home.
