KSU "Secondary School No. 23 named after M. Kozybayev of the Education Department of Kostanay city" of the Education Department of the Akimat of Kostanay region held a school debate tournament on February 24, 2023, where our debate club "One club" of school No. 19 took part. The purpose of the tournament is to develop skills of critical thinking strategy when making independent decisions and achieving the truth. Increasing the social and creative activity of schoolchildren through public discussion and analysis of problems in the study of natural sciences that take place in Kazakh society and the world community, the development of the school debate movement in the republic within the framework of the project "Akikat Talas-Tartystan Tuads". Tournament Resolutions:

• This chamber believes that in the 21st century Mathematics is the most studied science of all studied.

• This house believes give grades at school not for an objective result, but for individual progress.

• This house believes fine parents for their children's poor grades in schools.

• Infoslide: Chemical X is a medicine/drink that forms socially acceptable behavior for a person, for example, absence from school, ethics, law-abiding, abstaining from alcohol and drugs, etc. This chamber allows parents to give medicines to underage children regardless of whether they have consent.

• This chamber believes that the state should restore order in the army before taking recruits into service. At the end of the tournament, our team took 3rd place! Debates are a great way to learn how to formulate and defend your position, but also to achieve solutions to complex problems and see value in the competition of ideas. The ability to participate in debates is necessary in everyday life!
