On September 27-28, 2023, a training evacuation of schoolchildren and employees of an educational institution was carried out in OSH No. 19. Previously, all evacuation exits and routes to the exit were marked in the building. A warning signal sounded over the loudspeaker network throughout the school building. After the notification, the command was given to leave the classrooms: classroom teachers and subject teachers arranged the children in columns and began the educational evacuation along the planned route.
In the shortest possible time, without allowing panic, the students were taken out of the school building. The evacuation was attended by the UTV service of the Kostanay Region Police Department, the Department of Emergency Situations, OMPS and the ATC of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kostanay region.
