On January 23, students of grades 5-6 of OSH No. 19 had a unique opportunity to visit the Academy of Strength Sports of our city. Upon arriving at the academy, they were greeted by experienced coaches who were ready to share their knowledge and secrets of success. The tour began with the Hall of Fame, where the students saw photos and trophies of famous athletes. Then the guys got into the training halls, where they not only watched the training of professional athletes, but also took part in various exercises themselves. Let this experience inspire them not only to achieve sports achievements, but also to succeed in their studies.
