Intellectual competition of young historians "My small Homeland"

On October 8, the city tour of the intellectual competition of young historians "My Little Homeland" took place, which aroused great interest among students and teachers. This competition was a great opportunity for the children to demonstrate their knowledge about their native land, its history and culture. We are proud to inform you that the young researchers of our school, under the guidance of an experienced teacher and mentor Levina K.S., distinguished themselves by winning prizes in three nominations! Angelina Plyachenko, a student of the 10th "B" class, won the honorable 1st place in the nomination "Symbol of a small Homeland", presenting a surprisingly deep work "Horse is a symbol of my small Homeland". Her research combined not only facts, but also personal impressions, which made it especially interesting and unique. Speaking in the nomination "Personalities of my small Homeland", Yaroslava Fedorova, a student of the 9th grade, impressed the jury with her ability to analyze and compare the events of the past with the present and deservedly took 1st place. Artem Zmeev, a student of the 10th grade, took 2nd place in the nomination "The History of my small Homeland", thanks to an exciting video presentation on the topic "The place where the history of the city lives". Artyom showed how diverse and multifaceted the history of our city is. We are proud of our talented students and wish them further success in studying the history of their native land!
