Young Teacher's School

The main tasks of the SMU are to create conditions for the professional adaptation of a young teacher in a team. The program and plan of the SMU are based on the study of the difficulties of teachers and the peculiarities of the school's work, compiled in accordance with the plan of methodical work of the school. In secondary school No. 19 of Kostanay, the head of the "School of a young teacher" is A.E. Sultanova, a teacher-researcher of primary classes, a school coach. The school of a young teacher includes 11 young specialists. These are creative, talented, creative individuals. And most importantly, they love their work. Monthly classes are held according to the plan and on certain topics. Each group lesson takes place in a working and creative environment and this suggests that young professionals have a desire to grow creatively and be a modern teacher. At the beginning of November, a master class was held on the topic "Effective methods of modern lesson", where the goal was to teach how to apply active methods of work. Thus, young specialists came to the conclusion that the use of active teaching methods can ensure the effective organization of the educational process. Young teachers are assigned mentors from among experienced teachers who attend lessons, analyze them, identify problems and provide assistance. When such a joint work of mentors and the work of SMU is carried out, a young specialist reveals potential opportunities and shows a creative approach to his work.
